I wish to draw to your attention that for the past 21 years your servants have been involved in all sorts of organised crimes, conducting all sorts of atrocities against my civil liberties. This includes that on false accusations, innocently, I have been systematically charged and framed up with over 80 trumped up charges by South Wales Police. At summary trials at Pontypridd and Merthyr Tydfil Magistrates and Crown Courts they convicted me and criminalised my records. They sent me to imprisonment and ordered me to pay heavy fines or both. Also they imposed on me all sorts of ridiculous restrictions which breeches my rights to freedom of speech and freedom to campaign. For the past 21 years I have been trapped in this torture chamber. This became my death trap. Your servants destroyed my life, isolated me. They did not allow me to work and live a normal life in this part of the United Kingdom.

Your Majesty, I have a very strong case and supporting documented evidence that you and your Government neglected your duties and you are allowing your own servants to carry out all these atrocities on your own British citizens which I have suffered for the past 21 years.

Your Majesty, I am holding you and your own Government fully responsible for neglecting your duties and for allowing your servants to carry out all these atrocities against my civil liberties, and I can reassure and promise to you and your Government that, if I ever can find a suitable firm of lawyers to take up my case then I will not hesitate to bring legal action against you and your Government Prime Minister Tony Blair MP and your Secretary of State, Mr Jack Straw MP.

Some of the servants involved are the current Chief Constable of South Wales Police and several of his predecessors, the Crown Court Judges and circuit Judges at Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court and Stipendiary and other Magistrates at Pontypridd and Merthyr Tydfil Magistrates Courts, the Crown Prosecution Services and these atrocities have been fully supported and protected by the local Labour Politicians. The system is supposed to be protecting innocent men such as myself but it is turned completely against me and keeps revictimising and torturing me.

Your Majesty, also I wish to draw to your attention that I am going to put my application together with my evidence before the United Nations to examine, and ask them to make a case against you and your Prime Minister and also Secretary Of State as well as all your servants who are responsible for committing these crimes against the humanity to stand up and face the charges before an international human rights courts. For the past 21 years my documented evidence stands out and speaks for itself.

Story

Since 1978, when I moved here from Chatham in Kent to Pontypridd in South Wales we have been subjected to all kinds of violent racist attacks from the local racist ethnic Welsh residents. We have been targeted out by them, then they started to make all sorts of false allegations against us. They told lies and lots of lies against us. South Wales Police supported these violent attacks and provided us with absolutely no protection.

For the past 21 years people systematically attacked and smashed our homes and continued to make false accusations against us. South Wales Police did not charge anyone.

I am a victim

But South Wales Police treated me as a criminal and they charged me with over 80 trumped up charges. To make a case against me they fabricated false statements of the culprits.

At the Magistrate and Crown Courts, Pontypridd and Merthyr Tydfil, in summary trials, they provided arranged guaranteed convictions and innocently they have been criminalising my record and they destroyed me.

I wish to draw to your attention that on 30/09/99 I was framed up with another trumped up charge by South Wales Police under Section 4 which carries 6 months imprisonment and a �5000 fine or both. The full hearing of this case will be on 13/10/99 at 10:00am in Aberdare Magistrates Courts. The witnesses in this case are in fact the culprits, caught on my CCTV cameras terrorising me and committing crimes. But South Wales Police did not charge the criminals who committed the crimes against me, but they used the culprits’ false statements to make a case against me.

Your Majesty, all that I am asking from you and your Government is that for the sake of human decency, to listen to me, look and examine my documented evidence, also examine South Wales Police and Judicial System files, as well as examine the files of your own Home Office so you can all see that for the past 21 years I have been kidnapped, systematically tortured with all sorts of brutalities and criminal activities conducted by your own servants. Innocently, I have been prosecuted, tried, convicted, criminalised, sent to prison, ordered to pay fines. Do you know that for the past 21 years your servants took away all my weekly income support and that they are now taking my pension to pay my fines which they illegally imposed on me.

Do you know that on many occasions the charges were letter charges, the crown witnesses were not even at the trials, yet I was convicted and sent to prison and ordered to pay over �2000 fines, as well as they imposed restrictions on me not to write any more letters calling the Welsh "Disgraced Failed Welsh Jerks".

I would like to repeat that the South Wales Police, the Crown Prosecution Service and the judicial systems they all ganged up together, conspiring against me and the final conclusions of these charges are already arranged and made in advance. When I appear before them on 13/10/99 in summary hearing they will automatically convict and punish me and they will simply ignore my CCTV camera evidence that the witnesses used in this case are the ones who are really the criminals and I am the one who is really the victim.

Your Majesty, to tell you the truth when I hear your House of Commons remarks about the atrocities of Hitler’s regime of Nazis carried out against 6 Million innocent Jews.

Also when I hear about your governments remarks about injustices and brutalities about Iraq, Yugoslavia and many, many other countries presidents that they have been persecuting their own citizens.

To tell you the truth I have found these remarks absolutely a sick joke and offensive.

Because for the past 21 years the United Kingdom, Her Majesties Government allowed your own servants to take 21 years of my life away from me, torture me with all sorts of atrocities and make me suffer.

Therefore what is the differences between your own British brutalities and injustices that I have been suffering for the past 21 years in the United Kingdom than the countries concerned, that you are making remarks against them.

Your Majesty, I have got documented evidence. This includes over 5000 hours of audio recordings as well as over 300 hours of video films evidence that fully supports all my claims that there is no justice in your own country, there is no protection, there is no freedom of speech, there is no freedom to campaign. In fact you allowed your own servants to trap and torture me until my death. As well as I have been abandoned by the United Kingdom Government and by your own self.

Your Majesty I wish to draw to your attention that I am not asking you to pardon me absolutely from anything. Because I am already an innocent man and I know that since 1978 I moved in South Wales I did not commit any crimes.

Your Majesty , here I am including copies of my letters which I already sent to your Prime Minister, Home Secretary and Director of the Public Prosecution Services and the Chairman of the Police Complaints Authorities. As you can see they did not even have the decency to acknowledge my letters and they took no action to put a stop to your servants from conducting these atrocities. Therefore as you are the Majesty would you interfere and would you persuade your Government to put a stop to these atrocities and free me from never ending ordeals.

Your Majesty, I am not allowed by your servants to publish my evidence, especially my video evidence which proves that the South Wales Police are aiding racist violent attacks. Your servants are preventing me from publishing my evidence on my internet website. I would appreciate it if you could kindly consider to visit my website and examine my evidence. This is an appeal to you to free me from my never ending ordeals in South Wales which became my death trap.

1. The date of my birth is 25 February 1934, I am a retired pensioner, also I am a disabled man from birth and I have very serious health problems including a bad heart and asbestos poisoning from which I am dying.

The name of Her Majesty the Queen and the name of her Prime Minister Government and the rules of the laws of the Hose of Commons has been corrupted, abused by the Ethnic Welsh in South Wales Police, Crown Prosecution Service and Judicial Systems in Pontypridd and Merthyr Tydfil and allowed to carry out these atrocities against my civil liberties as well as allowed several millions of pounds of British Tax Payers money to be used to pay the full costs of these atrocities.
3. These are Labour Party constituencies for Ann Clwyd MP and Dr Kim Howells and these atrocities are fully protected by Labour party politicians. This is the scandal of your own party, your own government. As a Prime Minister and leader of the Labour Party can you suggest and advise me as to how I can bypass these two local MPs and seek assistance from another constituencies MPs.
4. As a Prime Minister will you make urgent arrangement for your Government special observers to attend and monitor the coming proceedings on 13/10/99 so you can help me to get fair hearings.
5. I wish to draw to your attention that my medical file confirms and proves that for the past 30 years I have been ABSOLUTELY IMPOTENT. For this reason no one ever saw me that I ever had any associations with any men, women and children. Also I don’t drink, don’t smoke, I never go to the pub nor do I ever associate with anyone from the ethnic Welsh. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that I have been subjected to all kinds of atrocities and injustices over the past 21 years, since 1978. These include racial harassment, intimidation, attacks and political prosecutions.

My problem started in 1978 when I moved to Pontypridd, South Wales. The local residents were very unwelcoming and resented me and my two children moving into the area. Since then we have been targeted with all sorts of violent attacks and false accusations. Our homes have been repeatedly smashed up and vandalised. South Wales Police took no action against anyone and did not put a stop to these attacks. As well, South Wales Police provided no protection to our lives and our homes and we have been left in a helpless situation to defend ourselves.

In fact, for the past 21 years South Wales Police used the perpetrators and culprits false statements to frame me up with over 80 trumped up charges. Also, always the police had a corrupt and abused intention to revictimise me, seduce, degrade, criminalise my record and destroy me.

These atrocities have been conducted by Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council, South Wales Police and the Judicial systems of both Rhondda Cynon Taff and Merthyr Tydfil Magistrate and Crown Courts where they have perverted the coarse of justice. At trials the crown witnesses and the police all lied to the courts. Welsh stipendiary magistrates and Welsh Crown Court Judges manipulated the proceedings in summary justice and denied me all my rights. The Judicial system made arrangements with South Wales Police and they made their conclusion in advance to provide guaranteed convictions every time that I appear before them. Both South Wales Police and the Judicial system have conflicted interests in my case.

I am asking for your personal and direct intervention. I would like you to lodge a full investigation into criminal activities and scandals of the law and the Judicial systems of Magistrates and Crown Courts of Pontypridd and Merthyr Tydfill. I want you to put a stop to this cruel practice of injustices and bring all those people who have been responsible for carrying out these brutalities out over the past 21 years against my civil liberties.

Reference My Convictions. They are not safe.

I want you to include in your enquiries and reopen all my criminal record files since 1978 and examine each and every one of them and refer for the opinion of the High Court at London. I want this opportunity given to me, so that I can then get my lawyers to put in a test case to the Crown to prove my innocence and clear my name.

I have collected video tape evidence covering incidences occurring since February 1997, although as I have already stated I have suffered them since 1978.

As the Home Secretary, I want you to investigate my complaints against each and everyone who has been captured on my CCTV cameras, who have been attacking and terrorising me, including many Police Officers, misconduct’s. I want you to find all of them, charge them and bring them to justice for all their crimes. I want you to put a stop to anyone of them to return outside my home and terrorise me again.

This is a bazaar situation. It is political, racism and prejudiced. It has blocked every door to me and isolated me in every way.

1. South Wales Police will not provide me with any Police service, will not protect me and my home
2. The Judicial systems of both Rhondda Cynon Taff and Merthyr Tydfill Magistrates and Crown Courts will never provide me with proper proceedings.
3. Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council will not provide me with any services, including any help from Social Services although I am very disabled and seriously Ill, a dying man.
4. The DHSS will cheat and steal every single penny out of my pension
5. Complaint against the South Wales Police are completely corrupted, abused and are fundamentally flawed. I want to draw to your attention that I may make over 1000 complaints against South Wales Police. At the moment I have got six uninvestigated complaints against South Wales Police Chief Constable.
6. Also I wish to draw to your attention that by me campaigning for justice, on 30^th August 1999 at 6:40pm I was arrested, taken away from my home into Abrerdare Police Office, locked up in a cell for 6 hours then I was framed up with another under Section 4 which carries 6 months imprisonment and a �5000 fine.
7. As the Home Secretary I am asking for your help to persuade Pontypridd Magistrates Court to transfer the full hearing of these proceeding out from Wales to Bristol because the Magistrates and the Police have conflicted interest in Pontypridd.

With reference to Freedom Of Speech and Freedom to Campaign.

South Wales Police and Judicial systems have put all sorts of ridiculous restrictions on me and also on my bail. They almost zipped up my mouth and they locked up with the key and they are preventing me from speaking out. Also they are preventing me from publishing any evidence from my CCTV camera footage. As the Home Secretary, would you examine the conditions of police files and justify this to me.

Mr Jack Straw, would you arrange for some sort of government national observer to attend and keep an eye on and monitor these coming proceedings please.

1. Application for my full hearing to be transferred out of Wales to Bristol.

Dear Mrs Clwyd,

As you are aware, in the past few years, I have written to you on a number of occasions to draw your attention to the fact that I have been targeted for the past 21 years by South Wales Police, Judiciary, and Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council. They have been conducting atrocities for ethnic cleansing and they are trying to drive me out from your own constituency. I am surprised and disappointed to see that you are taking no action and you have done absolutely nothing to stop these atrocities as well as you have failed to highlight my case in the House of Commons.

I have been informed by other MPs that under the rules of the House of Commons one MP cannot interfere in another MPs’ constituency and I have been advised that I have to go through you.

I would like the House of Commons to be told about this terror and atrocity in your constituency. I want my story to be investigated by the House of Commons Ombudsman to free me from my ordeal.

I have been targeted by the local racist ethnic Welsh residents. On the 7^th May 1999 I sent you a 4 page letter together with 2 video tape recordings of my evidence which proves that South Wales Police are aiding violent racial attacks on me and my home and they provide me with no protection. I want your explanation as to why the South Wales Police are running a double standard policy and why I am not receiving police protection.

I am writing to inform you that for campaigning for justice, on 30^th of August 1999 at 6:40pm, I was arrested, taken away from my home and taken to Aberdare Police Office, locked up in a cell for 6 hours then been framed up with another trumped up charge under section 4 which carries 6 months imprisonment and a �5000 fine.

My only crime has been to take a still image of one of the attacks and produce a small A4 poster and put it outside my front door with the hope that a member of the public may recognise him and provide his name and address to the police so that he can be bought to justice. In this case the police charged me and are using my attacker as a witness against me.

With reference to the judiciary system in your constituency is for the past 21 years they made arrangements with South Wales Police and they made their conclusion in advance to provide guaranteed convictions every time that I appear before them. Both South Wales Police and the Judicial system have conflicted interests in my case and for this reason I am asking you to help me out to get a full hearing of this case transferred to Bristol.

I have been subjected to a very bizarre situation in your constituency:

South Wales Police will not provide me with any police protection.

The school children and the pupils have been throwing acid bombs inside my home. I attempted to take the photographs of two pupils who threw the acid bombs and caused my hands injuries so that I could identify them to the police. Rhondda Cynon Taff Council made a false public statement regarding this issue against me and turned the residents against me.

Social Services will not provide me with any services even though I have serious health problems. This includes a bad heart and Asbestos Poisoning from which I am dying. Also both my arms and legs are disabled and are not functioning properly.

Would you consider my application to ask South Wales Police and the Police Complaints Authority to release me copies of my statements and also copies of the results of their investigations of my complaints against the police.

Will you also find out from South Wales Police and the Police Complaints Authority why they are refusing to take any more complaints from me against South Wales Police.

With reference to freedom of speech, freedom to campaign and my fundamental basic human rights, my dignity. All of these have been taken away from me by South Wales Police and the Judiciary. I have been told that if I ever write and tell that the Welsh are racist, the Welsh are carrying out hate crimes against me and the Welsh are an ethnic community I will be automatically arrested. Could you kindly explain to me why the Ethnic Welsh in your constituency are bullying me around and dictating to me how to speak and what to say about them. What kind of human rights abuser are your people in your own constituency.

I wish to draw to your attention that complainer’s in this case for the past two years that Mr. & Mrs X they have been terrorising me and committing all sort of criminal damage and offences for attacking me. Also carrying vendetta against me. Husband Mr. X kicking and vandalising my front door and windows . Mrs X she is witness her husband actions and aiding and abetting. They have been court on my CCTV cameras more than 10 times. Yet after police examining my video footages, police are taking no action against these people.

Mr. A.T. Burden would you consider my application two release me following information out of the police records file

1 :- past 21years because of the harassment and threats I have made tremendous 999 calls to the police. I am asking you to release me total statistics of my phone calls for Police help.

2 :- concerning my complaints and allegations against racist local residence. Would you release information to reveal what kinds of actions if any South Wales Police taking against these racist ethnic welsh thugs, culprits

3 :- during the past 21 years I must have made over 1,000 complaints against South Wales Police officers misconduct’s. Would you release me exact total list of complaints I have made.

4 :- concerning my complaints against many number of police officers includes senior ones would you ask your complaints discipline department to provide me some sort detail information. What kind result their investigation ever achieved.

Now your police Sargent who involves in this charge, he makes his own rules and own laws and he dictates the way he likes. As you can see from the evidence that the condition on my bail that I must not say that ethnic welsh are racist people and carrying hates crime against me. In reply to your letter dated of 07/10/1999 I am writing to inform you that the buck stops with you at 10 Downing Street. As you are the Prime Minister and leader of the Labour Party I am not prepared to live your front door. You are fully responsible for the ATROCITIES and organised crimes conducted by South Wales Police, the Crown Prosecution Service and judiciary systems against my civil liberties.

As I explained to you in my letter that I am in desperate situation and I am very much concerned about my ill health and welfare because as I explained to you that there is another trumpeted up charge and full hearings is just a few days on 13/10/1999 at Aberdare Magistrates court. They may send me into Prison.

Mr. Jack Straw MP as a sake of human decency would you keep eye on this coming proceedings and if your corrupt Judicial systems sent me in Prison would you examine my video evidence which proves I am innocent and pardon me please and free me from this torture chamber please.
