He is running one of the most brutal, oppressive police services on this planet.
My rights for police protection of myself and my home have been deprived me for the last 21 years.

I have clear evidence that for the past 21 years South Wales Police have been aiding and abetting violent racial attacks, that is why they are allowing these attacks to continue.

I have documented recorded evidence to prove that the British Welsh ethnic community is obsessed with the brutalities of Adolph Hitler and Nazis of Germany, this includes Rhondda Cynon Taff Local Authorities, The Police, Judiciary, Politicians, Education Authorities, Media, DSS, Social Services and other agencies.

I AM A VICTIM OF BRITISH RACIST WELSH DICTATORS, SEDUCERS BLACKMAILERS, REPRESSORS, PERJURERS AND MY PROSECUTORS.

For the past 21 years on a daily basis I have been harassed, intimidated, attacked and prosecuted by all these racist thugs, they are all butchers and guilty of targeting me in every way. This sort of acts of barbarism has been defeating British Justice in this part of the U.K. by these British Failed Welsh Jerks.

Over the past 21 years they stripped all my basic fundemental human rights, they violated national and international law and violated humanrights. Innocently I have been rounded up and taken away from my home into a police station and after I have been tortured and humiliated, I have been framed up with over 80 trumped up charges, and tried before Pontypridd and Merthyr Tydfil British Kangaroo Courts.

Where British Racist Welsh Magistrates and judges denied me justice, suppressed all my rights, entire proceeding has been manipulated, on false purged accusation they convicted, criminalised my record and wronged and ruined my life. I have been dehumanized by British Welsh Nazi brutalities due to my different culture.

This is my formal complaint to the Police Complaints Authority against South Wales Police, Mr A T Burden Chief Constable. As soon as I can find a solicitor who specialises in civil liberites cases to take my cases up and represent me then I will ask my lawyers to bring civil actions against South Wales Police Authority

Dear Sir

Complaint against South Wales Police, Mr A T Burden Chief Constable, Mr Jones Chief Superintendent - Pontypridd Police Office and Mr Fletcher Chief Inspector - Aberdare Police Office

I an writing to place a formal complaint in your hands against the South Wales Police Officers named above. On the grounds that South Wales Police have failed to stop the racist attacks, failed to provide me with adequate police services, failed to protect my life and my home and put my life and my home at risk. this ammounts to police racial discrimination as well as depriving me of my basic fundamental rights.

I wish to draw your attention that the injustices that I have suffered for the past 21 years, since 1978. Thse include racial harassment, intimidation, attacks and political prosecutions. The racial attacks that I have been subjected to by the ethnic Welsh community are fully supported and suppressed by South Wales Police and the judical systems of both Rhondda Cynon Taff and Merthyr Tydfil Magistrates and Crown Courts, supported by the Crown Prosecution Services all in a conspiracy against my civil liberties.

For the past 21 years, each time I have been attacked, my home smashed up I called the police. Every time the police came they falsely accused me and blame me for the troubles. The police then took false statements from the perpetrators then the police fabricated those false statements further more and framed me with over 80 trumped up charges.

INNOCENTLY The Police and the Judiciary violated all my basic human rights also the violated national and international law and criminalised my record. They degraded me, seduced me, dehumanised me and completely the destroyed my life. The full cost of these proceedings must have been several million pounds worth of tax payers money. If the evidence of my file was examined by the Government, surley they will come to the conclusion that the power of the law that is supposed to be protecting me. That power has been corrupted and abused by South Wales Police and judicial system and used against me.

I have documented convincing evidence. This includes over 5000 hours of audio recordings, 300 hours of C.C.T.V. Camera video film that my story must be one of the largest and longest single racist hate crimes that must heve ever been recorded in the history of the United Kingdom police and judical systems.

THESE ARE THE FACTS AND STUBBORN FACTS. IT STANDS OUT AND SPEAKS FOR ITSELF THAT SOUTH WALES POLICE DEPRIVED ME OF THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK FREE, THE RIGHT TO SPEAK OUT AND CAMPAIGN ALL HAS BEEN DEPRIVED TO ME BY THE SOUTH WALES POLICE AND JUDICIARY. I AM A VICTIM OF RACIST ATTACKS AND YET I HAVE BEEN REVICTIMISED AGAIN AND AGAIN FOR THE PAST 21 YEARS BY SOUTH WALES POLICE AND JUDICAL SYSTEM AND WITH THIS SORT OF CRUEL PRACTICES THEY RUINED MY LIFE AND OVERKILLED ME.

THE PLAIN FACTS ARE AND AGAIN STUBBORN FACTS ARE SOUTH WALES POLICE ARE OPERATING DOUBLE STANDARD POLICE POLICIES. THEY ARE CONDUCTING ATROCITIES, REPRESSION, HATE CRIMES, PURGED STATEMENTS, HARASSMENT AND ETHNIC CLEANSING IN SOUTH WALES. THEREFORE I AM ASKING YOU TO CONSIDER TO LAUNCH A FULL INVESTIGATION INTO THE SCANDAL AND THIS IS A SCANDAL OF SOUTH WALES POLICE AND STOP THESE SORT OF CRUEL POLICE PRACTICES.

PLEASE TAKE INTO CONSIDERATON THAT MY LIFE AND MY HOME INSTANT IN DANGER AND I REQUIRE POLICE PROTECTION. I NEED THE RACIST ATTACKS TO BE STOPPED.
