This is some of the evidence of my story that South Wales Police are aiding and abetting these racist attacks and providing me with no protection in these unlawful criminal activities. Whilst I am suffering under these terrorisation's, all my attackers are getting the full protection of South Wales Police and judiciary systems. In fact, South Wales Police do not even have the decency to respond to any on my 999 calls quickly and even if they do, always they come after my attackers have escaped.
In my opinion, 7 of the following clips are one person who has targeted me, keeps coming on my front door and systematically kicking my front door and window and threatening me. The person in the other clip is in my opinion a friend of this person.
26/09/97 - This man stops his car on the opposite side of the
road, crosses the road and then he violently kicks my door and then he bangs my windows,
calls me names, threatens me then he goes away at approximately 10:30 pm. He then returns
in the early hours of the morning, in the next clip
27/09/97 - This time he comes on foot with a coat over his
head and repeats his actions of earlier that night. I presume that this is the same man,
because even though he has a coat over his head he is dressed in the same clothing and he
attacks in the same way only more violently.

- In my own opinion this young man is the friend of the man in question. I believe I saw
them walking together. This man took a number of flying kicks at my window, but my window
has a wire mesh fence over it.
25/10/97
- In my opinion this is the same man as above because of his build and because of his
violent determination, also I believe he is the same man who lived about 150 yards away
from my home on the opposite side of the same road because my CCTV cameras pick him up
almost as he comes out from his home and returns in the same direction after the attack.
He came armed with an offensive weapon, namely some sort of steel bar in his hand and he
tried to hit and hit to smash my window.

In my opinion I believe that this is the same man. Let us examine the evidence of the film
together. In the first place he is the same size, same violent attitude (even more
aggressive), using the same tricks (coat over his head) and most importantly he comes out
and after attack returns in the same direction to his home , where I feel that he lives.
He kicked my door very violently as before.
28/12/97
- In my opinion this is a friend of the same person in question. But this time the man
himself in question personally brought his friend with him to terrorise me in fact if you
examine the footage of my CCTV camera it reveals that the man in question is standing on
the other side of the road and supervising the attacker.
20/03/98
- In this incident I can confirm to you that this IS the man who I think committed the
other crimes but this time I was just going out of my front door to look outside my home.
Suddenly I was confronted with this man. I was terrified for my life and ran for my life
into my home. He ran and forced himself in side my own property without my consent and he
physically assaulted me and caused injuries to my neck, head and legs.
I reported him to the police. The police finally charged him and brought him before
the justice. Unfortunately over political racism and prejudice the magistrates who are
from the ethnic Welsh cleared him and allowed him to go free so he can continue
terrorising me.
30/07/99 - This is
the evidence of the same person who comes and violently and systematically kicks
repeatedly my front door and he wakes up not only me but the entire neighbourhood. He then
escapes. The same night when he returns he bangs my front door again and terrorises me. On
this incident I didn't recognise him as the same person involved in so many other
incidents. I reported the incident to the police but unfortunately South Wales Police
office, Aberdare is institutionalised racist and they have a common interest in these
attacks for this reason the police never ever conducts a proper investigation in any of my
complaints the police also always suppress my evidence. Therefore the police did not
charge this man.
In order for me to find out who this person is I published an image taken from my
CCTV camera and I put this A4 poster on the side of my front door porch seeking assistance
from the public to provide me with his name and address of this person.
Not surprised, but disappointed, on the 30/08/99 two police officers from Aberdare
South Wales Police Office called on my home and told me that they received a complaint
from the culprits wife that my poster offended her and her family and the police used her
allegations to frame me with another trumped charge.
In fact the police didn't have to charge me and revictimise me, but based on the
facts of the evidence of my CCTV cameras the police could charge both wife and husband for
aiding and abetting. But the police choose to ignore such strong evidence.
27/08/99 - In this
incident I can confirm to you that this IS the man who I think committed the other crimes.
He came outside my home at 9:45pm an left at10:22pm and during that time, passing local
residents stopped and talked to him. While they were talking, in front of their eyes he
was banging my shutter and they did not tell him to stop. I have a steel roll-down shutter
covering my front pourch. He banged my shutter repeatedly and he told me that he came to
remove his photograph from the poster mentioned above (30/07/99), in which he was caught
on my CCTV camera terrorising me previously. Also he pulled a large knife and pushed it
through my shutter post box. He threatened me, pointing the knife at me, telling me that
he would be removing my head also.
I began to be frightened for my life. I ran from my passage to my living room and
picked up my camera to take a photograph of his knife but he was looking through the
postbox and saw me coming with the camera and he hid the knife and shut the postbox with
his hand. See photos below.
This is the face of the man terrorising me looking inside my home through
my shutter letter box threatening me. When he saw the camera in my hands he blocked the
letter box with his hands and he hid his knife. During the 37 minutes that he
stood outside my home intimidating me, I made 6 999 calls to the police for help. But,
unfortunately South Wales Police Office at Aberdare did not respond to any of the calls
and they left me defenseless, under siege. After the police allowed him to escape they
finally arrive after 10:30pm. The police made no attempt to collect any evidence nor
conduct any investigationon my compklaint in this matter. The police simply helped this
man to escape from justice.
29/08/99 - At 1:03am the
same man with his wife with 4 of his friends came outside my home again ripping my posters
and then 1 of the men climbed up the downpipe, after he damaged one of my CCTV cameras,
keeping an eye on my front door, he makde remarks to the others tht "he is not going
to take any more photographs".
